Welcome to Project Two Mile. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via our approved payment gateways. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not successfully processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For full details on shipping fees and estimated delivery times, please refer to our Delivery & Returns page.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Delivery & Returns page for eligibility, return timeframes, and instructions.

Product Availability & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure products are accurately described and priced. However, prices, availability, and product details are subject to change at any time. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Warranty & Liability

Our products are handcrafted, and variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural. We do not provide warranties beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law. Project Two Mile is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Project Two Mile and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order we suspect to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms.

LATE DELIVERIES & RETURNS


RETURNS

If you have doubts about an item or its dimensions and need help to decide, please email us first at mail@projecttwomile.com.au We will do our best to help.

We want you to be delighted and entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not and it is still eligible for a return, please email us.

This email must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Sadly, we cannot authorize a return if you have not notified us within 14 days.

We ask that you help us by sending your unwanted items back carefully packed just like the way you have received it. 

Project Two Mile reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet our conditions. Items that appear visibly worn are not eligible for return.

Orders may be returned using any postal method of your choice, provided that it is returned to us by the due date. We strongly encourage you to send returns by a tracked service as Project Two Mile will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. For your own peace of mind, you should keep your postage receipt with a tracking number until you have received your refund.

Please allow any refund time to show up in your account or on your card.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Project Two Mile is based in Australia. If you are outside of Australia, please write "RETURNED GOODS" and YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER on the outside of the parcel - this will help speed up the returns process!

EXCHANGES

We do offer exchanges. Please contact us on mail@projecttwomile.com.au to inform us.

LATE DELIVERIES

Deliveries are occasionally delayed, we are really sorry about that and ask for your patience. The vast majority of items are delivered on time, but for the few that run late, please use the tracking information to find out when your parcel is due. In case of problems, please contact the delivery provider directly. Unfortunately, we can’t provide any other additional assistance for late deliveries.
